1. Acceptance

By enrolling in any course, purchasing information products, or ordering goods, you agree to these Terms.

2. Professional Development Courses

2.1 Description: Elevare Hub Form offers live and recorded courses designed to enhance professional skills. Delivery may be via online platforms or in-person sessions.

2.2 Registration and Reschedule: To enroll, you must use the link on elevarehubup.com. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may request to transfer to a future date at least 7 days before the start. Transfer requests are subject to availability.

2.3 Refunds: Course fees are refundable if cancellation occurs 14 days before the start date. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the session start, to cover administrative arrangement and instructor scheduling.

3. Information Products

3.1 Description: Digital resources such as e-books, video tutorials, and online assessments.

3.2 Delivery and Access: Upon purchase, you receive immediate access via email or account dashboard.

3.3 Refunds: If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests after access has been provided will be evaluated case by case. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. We may offer content swap instead of refund.

4. Goods

4.1 Description: Physical items such as workbooks, branded materials, and training kits.

4.2 Shipping and Returns: Goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form.

4.3 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. General Refund Terms

All refund approvals are at the discretion of Elevare Hub Form. We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not comply with these Terms. Any approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the method used for the original transaction.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on elevarehubup.com.
